Our Refund Policy in Plain English

We provide digital press release distribution services. Once we distribute your press release to news sites, we cannot "un-publish" it. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds after distribution is complete.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's our fair and transparent refund policy:

When You CAN Request a Refund

Within 24-48 Hours of Purchase

You can request a refund within 24-48 hours of placing your order, depending on how much work we've completed:

Payment Fees Deducted: All refunds are subject to deduction of payment gateway fees, payment processing fees, and bank fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees are non-refundable as they have already been paid to third-party payment processors.

Why partial refunds? Even in the first 24-48 hours, we may have already:

  • Reviewed your press release
  • Made editorial recommendations
  • Started preparing for distribution
  • Allocated resources to your order

Within 3 Weeks of Purchase (Extended Delivery Failure)

If we exceed our 5-7 working day turnaround time and you still haven't received your distribution report within 3 weeks (excluding client-side delays), you may request a refund:

Refund Process:

  1. Priority to Complete: We will first attempt to complete your order as quickly as possible
  2. Communication: We'll keep you informed of progress and any delays
  3. Refund Option: If we cannot complete within 3 weeks, you may request up to 100% refund (minus payment fees)

Client-Side Delays Don't Count: The 3-week period excludes delays caused by:

  • Waiting for your content revisions
  • Waiting for your approval
  • Waiting for additional information from you
  • Your non-response to our communications

We Fail to Deliver

Full refund (minus payment fees) if we:

  • Don't distribute your press release as promised
  • Fail to deliver the number of placements stated in your package
  • Reject your content and cannot distribute it
  • Cannot complete your order for technical reasons

This is rare - we have a 90%+ success rate. But if we fail to deliver what we promised, you get a full refund (minus payment gateway fees, payment processing fees, and bank fees).

Service Not as Described

Full refund (minus payment fees) if:

  • The service you received doesn't match what we described on our website
  • You can provide clear evidence that we didn't deliver as promised
  • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your distribution report

When You CANNOT Get a Refund

After Distribution Completes

No refunds once we've distributed your press release. Why?

  • We've completed our service as promised
  • Your press release is published on hundreds of news sites
  • We cannot "un-publish" content from third-party sites
  • The work is done and cannot be undone

SEO Results or Rankings

No refunds based on:

  • "It didn't rank on Google"
  • "No traffic increase"
  • "Didn't get first-page rankings"
  • "No sales or leads"
  • "Competitors still outrank me"

Why? SEO results depend on many factors beyond press release distribution:

  • Your website's overall SEO
  • Your competitors' actions
  • Google algorithm updates
  • Your content quality
  • Your website's technical health
  • Time (SEO takes weeks/months, not days)

We guarantee distribution, not rankings. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Actions

No refunds if:

  • Publisher sites remove your content later
  • Publisher sites modify your content
  • Publisher sites go offline
  • Search engines don't index your press release immediately

Why? We don't control third-party publishers or search engines. We complete distribution as promised - what happens after is beyond our control.

Change of Mind

No refunds if you simply:

  • Change your mind after distribution
  • Decide you don't want the service anymore
  • Find a cheaper alternative
  • No longer need the press release

Why? Digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered.

Unrealistic Expectations

No refunds based on:

  • False wishes or unrealistic expectations

Fraudulent Disputes or Chargebacks

No refunds and immediate account termination if you:

Consequences of fraudulent disputes:

  • Immediate termination of your account
  • Removal of all distributed press releases (where possible)
  • Permanent ban from using our services
  • Your IP address may be permanently blocked
  • Legal action may be pursued to recover costs

Why this policy? Fraudulent disputes cost us significant fees and administrative time. We take payment fraud seriously and will pursue all available remedies.
