1. What We Do (And What We Don't Promise)
Our Services
We distribute your press releases to news sites and media outlets. You get:
- Distribution to news sites (number depends on your package)
- Editorial review before distribution
- Distribution report showing where your release was published
- Optional professional writing service (+R350)
Our Turnaround Time
5-7 working days from approval:
- Days 1-2: We review and approve (or request changes)
- Days 3-7: We distribute through our publishing network
- Day 7+: Google indexing happens automatically
What We DON'T Guarantee
Important - Please Read:
- We don't guarantee specific Google rankings
- We don't guarantee first-page results
- We don't guarantee traffic increases
- We don't guarantee placement on every single site
- We don't guarantee SEO results or outcomes
What we DO guarantee:
- We'll distribute your press release as described in your package
- You'll get the number of placements stated in your package
- We'll provide a distribution report
- We'll complete the work within 5-7 working days
Why no SEO guarantees? Rankings depend on many factors we don't control: your website's SEO, your competitors, Google's algorithms, your content quality, and more. We provide the distribution service - results vary by client.

Payment Acknowledgment and Fraud Prevention
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You clearly understand and agree to the terms of your purchase
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- You will not initiate fraudulent disputes via PayStack, PayFast, or PayPal
- You will not file chargebacks after receiving services
- You will contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating payment disputes
Consequences of Fraudulent Payment Disputes:
In the event of a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account
- Remove or halt previously created links and distributed content (where possible)
- Permanently ban your IP address and email from using our services
- Report fraudulent activity to payment processors
- Pursue legal action to recover costs and damages
- Share information with fraud prevention databases
What constitutes a fraudulent dispute:
- Filing a chargeback after services have been delivered as described
- Claiming non-delivery when distribution report was provided
- Disputing charges without first contacting us to resolve the issue
- Making false claims about service quality or delivery

3. Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

Quick Summary:
When You CAN Get a Refund
- Within 24-48 hours of purchase: Partial refund (25%-75% minus payment fees) depending on work completed
- Within 3 weeks of purchase: Up to 100% refund (minus payment fees) if we fail to deliver (excluding client-side delays)
- We fail to deliver: Full refund (minus payment fees) if we don't distribute as promised
- Editorial rejection: Full refund (minus payment fees) if we reject your content and can't distribute it
- Service not as described: Full refund (minus payment fees) with clear evidence within 3 days
When You CANNOT Get a Refund
- After distribution completes: No refunds once we've distributed your press release
- SEO results: No refunds because "it didn't rank" or "no traffic increase"
- Third-party issues: No refunds if publisher sites remove content later
- Change of mind: No refunds if you simply change your mind after distribution
- Unrealistic expectations: No refunds for not achieving first-page rankings
- Using multiple services: No refunds if you're using our service AND another company's service simultaneously
- Fraudulent disputes: No refunds if you initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
Why this policy? Once we distribute your press release, we've completed our service. We can't "un-publish" content from hundreds of news sites. SEO results take time and depend on many factors beyond our control.
Refund Amounts (Within 24-48 Hours)
- No work started: 75% refund minus payment fees (within 24 hours)
- Editorial review in progress: 50% refund minus payment fees (within 24-48 hours)
- Revisions completed: 25% refund minus payment fees (within 48 hours)
- Distribution started: No refund
Extended Delivery Failure (Within 3 Weeks)
If we exceed our 5-7 working day turnaround and haven't delivered within 3 weeks (excluding client-side delays), you may request up to 100% refund minus payment fees. We will prioritize completing your order first before processing any refund.
Payment Fees
All refunds are subject to deduction of payment gateway fees, payment processing fees, and bank fees incurred during the original transaction. These fees typically range from 3-5% plus fixed processing fees.
Refund Process
Email info@prseosa.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 14 business days (if approved).

4. Your Responsibilities
You Must Provide
- Accurate information about your business
- Content that's truthful and not misleading
- Proper authorization to publish the content
- Contact information for editorial questions
You're Responsible For
- Your content: You own it, you're liable for it
- Accuracy: Everything in your press release must be true
- Legal compliance: Your content must comply with all laws
- Copyright: You must own or have rights to all content, images, videos
- Consequences: Any legal issues arising from your content are your responsibility
You Cannot Submit
- Illegal content or services
- Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous content
- Adult content or services
- Gambling or casino services (unless licensed)
- Cryptocurrency ICOs or unregistered securities
- Pyramid schemes or MLM schemes
- Fake news or deliberately misleading information
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
If you submit prohibited content: We'll reject it and refund you (before distribution). If we discover it after distribution, no refund.
5. Editorial Review
We Review Everything
Before distribution, we review your press release for:
- Newsworthiness and quality
- Compliance with publisher guidelines
- Prohibited content
- Basic formatting and readability
We May Request Changes
If your content needs improvement, we'll email you with specific feedback. You'll have 48 hours to revise and resubmit. If you don't respond within 48 hours, we'll proceed with distribution as-is or cancel your order (with refund).
We May Reject Content
We reserve the right to reject any content that:
- Violates our prohibited content policy
- Doesn't meet minimum quality standards
- Could harm our reputation or relationships with publishers
- Violates laws or regulations
If we reject your content: Full refund, no questions asked.
6. What We're NOT Responsible For
Third-Party Publishers
We distribute to third-party news sites. We don't control:
- Whether they keep your content published forever
- How they display your content
- Their website uptime or technical issues
- Their editorial decisions to modify or remove content
- Their SEO performance or domain authority changes
SEO & Rankings
We're not responsible for:
- Your website's search engine rankings
- Traffic increases or decreases
- Google algorithm updates affecting your site
- Competitor actions affecting your rankings
- Your website's technical SEO issues
- Your website's content quality or user experience
Your Website
We're not responsible for:
- Your website going down or having technical issues
- Google penalties on your website (unless directly caused by our service)
- Your website's security or hacking incidents
- Your website's hosting or server issues
7. Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. That's it. Maximum.
Example: If you paid R799 for Premium News Syndication, our maximum liability is R799. We're not liable for any amount beyond what you paid us.
What We're NOT Liable For
We're not liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Damage to reputation
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Damages from third-party actions
- Damages from SEO results or lack thereof
- Damages from publisher sites removing content
- Damages from Google algorithm updates
- Payment processor fees or charges
- Bank fees or currency conversion fees
- Costs associated with fraudulent payment disputes
In plain English: We're only responsible for delivering the distribution service you paid for. We're not responsible for business outcomes, SEO results, or anything beyond our direct service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PR SEO SA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your press release content
- Your fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
- Your misuse of our services
- Third-party claims related to your content
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to your content. By submitting content to us, you grant us a license to:
- Distribute it to our publisher network
- Store it in our systems
- Use it for quality control and reporting
- Display excerpts in our portfolio (with your permission)
Our Content
Our website, branding, and materials are protected by copyright. You can't:
- Copy our website design or content
- Use our branding without permission
- Resell our services without authorization
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with:
- South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Our Privacy Policy (available on our website)
What we collect: Name, email, business information, payment details, press release content
How we use it: To provide our services, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our services

10. Termination
We Can Terminate
We can suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Submit prohibited content repeatedly
- Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Initiate chargebacks after receiving services
- Abuse our staff or systems
- Fail to pay for services
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our services for illegal purposes
Consequences of Termination for Fraud
If your account is terminated due to fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks:
- All services will be immediately suspended
- Distributed content may be removed (where possible)
- Your IP address and email will be permanently banned
- No refunds will be issued
- We may pursue legal action to recover costs
- Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services
You Can Terminate
You can close your account anytime by emailing info@prseosa.com. No refunds for completed services.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be immediately revoked
- Your account data will be retained for legal compliance (7 years)
- Press releases already distributed will remain on third-party sites
- No refunds will be issued for completed services
- Outstanding payments remain due
11. Disputes & Legal Stuff
South African Law Applies
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
Try to Resolve Disputes Amicably
Before going to court, let's try to resolve any issues through friendly communication. Email info@prseosa.com with your concern.
Arbitration (Optional)
If we can't resolve a dispute through communication, we can agree to binding arbitration in Cape Town under the Arbitration Act 42 of 1965.
Legal Jurisdiction
If arbitration doesn't happen, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

Entire Agreement
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) represent the complete agreement between you and PR SEO SA.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No Waiver
If we don't enforce a right immediately, it doesn't mean we've waived that right.
Assignment
You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We can transfer ours to another entity.
Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, internet outages, payment processor outages, etc.).
Electronic Communications

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
Dispute Resolution

- Provide us with 30 days to resolve the issue
- Engage in good faith negotiations
If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may pursue legal action in South African courts.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You may not bring claims as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
